Rich with textures of the organic world and adventurous storytelling, Blue Sky, the latest project from vocalist and songwriter Monika Wall, carries audiences to new places. Guitarist/vocalist Casimir Gruwel joins Monika and together their harmonious voices, accompanied by Gruwel’s lush chords, paint pictures for both the heart and soul.  Featuring brilliant songwriting, Blue Sky showcases her original work in a unique collaborative setting.

Singer and composer Monika Wall will be joining the WJO and other Canadian composers in performing her own jazz songs. Catchy tunes with a jazzy twist.

Monika’s been hiding away some musical gems for the past few years, gathering them up into a group of songs that moves from gospel/blues to indie folk. These songs tell stories of life and love, family and friendship. Partnering with some new sidemen you will experience a whole new side of her artistry.
