The Monika Wall Duo (w/Dan Nemez) performed originals and hosted a Masterclass at the final Open Mic of the season on April 8/2023. A full house finished the year which has been slowly rebuilding after the pandemic. The people kept coming until late into the night singing and dancing until Easter morning.

The songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald interpreted in both classic and new ways will be the opening show in the Music and Mavens series Jan. 26/2023. Monika Wall is joined by Evan Miles, Dan Nemez, Matt Kiernicki and Josh Bonneteau bringing these memorable tunes to a new generation.

June 16, 2022 at 12 noon, Monika Wall will be singing as part of the Winnipeg International Jazz Festival at the outdoor stage at the Human Rights Museum.

Monika Wall will be exploring some old spirituals with a jazz twist and some of her own gospel influenced originals such as Bottom of the Sea, which she has performed with the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra. And… there might just be some gospel harmonies with guest singer Melanie Zebrynski and Matt Kozicki (Voice/Bass) accompanied by the searing hot keyboard magic of Carter Graham and and rock steady drums of Jim Johnston.
